Great, just roll it thin.
The mix turned out well. The first batch was rolled thin enough and turned out very delicious. As I went on, I didn't get it as thin. So any issue I had was user error. Most of the bad reviews reflect the same issues. It is marked as a mix. If you order in error because you mixed that fact, maybe you should skip the review.

So excited I can finally have egg rolls!
This was such an exciting find for me! I miss having egg rolls and wontons. It's a bit of work to mix this up, but I really appreciated how I could roll it out and it actually stretched without breaking and crumbling easily like most gluten free mixes you try, whether pie crust or whatever it may be. It really actually stretches. The only advice I'd give it to roll it even thinner than you think you should or it gets really bread-like and chewy. When I got the hang of it, it made for really amazing egg rolls and crab rangoons. Definitely something I'll purchase again.

Good taste, texture not how I expected
I got this to make ragoon nachos, so I rolled them really thin and baked them at 350 for 10 minutes. They actually turned out more like pita so I'm sad I didn't get that wonton texture but now I have something to make pita chips.

This is a MIX!
This is a mix, not actual wonton wrappers, and apparently NOT RETURNABLE! What a waste of money and time, so disappointed!
