Exceeded expectations
Bought these so we could put in the boot of a car and take them with us when visiting grand children and join them on a run. Being Electrically assisted it means also that we can keep up with the grandchildren. Well made product, very easy to flow and unfold. We also purchased the carrying bags which go a long way to protecting both the bikes and car when being transported. The bikes ride very well and the controls easy to operate and understand. Range looks to be good as after a 10 mile ride the battery still indicated 3/4 full. Recommended as a well built, easy to fold / unfold and transport Ebike.

Looks good ,feels solid ,easy to store and manoeuvre, good value.
My husband is suffering from heart failure and is struggling to get around. This bike has been invaluable to enable him to join myself and our friends on our explorations while we are parked up in our motor home. The bike looks great,it is easy to manoeuvre, feels strong and solid, allows him to pedal up hills and folds up easily to transport in our motor home.We live on the beautiful Gower peninsula ,therefore it is also an added asset to travel around and appreciate our surroundings at home.

Not Durable: Avoid In Urban Areas
I have put up with this bike for too long, been patient for too long. So here goes: 1) Multiple punctures. Use this bike in an urban area? Give it a few weeks to a month and you will get a puncture. The inner tube cant take the weight necessary and cope with the rigours of the road. You can't tip the bike any more than 5 degrees before you pinch the tube to a puncture. I've had 12 punctures from July 2023 to April 2024. 2) Brakes wear out quite quickly. Normal on electric bikes but don't expect longevity. 3) Brake disc moves. It isn't fixed on the front at least, bends easily so you will get scrapes against the brake pads quite a lot. 4) Tyres are weird. 14 inch but dont buy 14 inch tyres of your own because they wont fit. There is simply nowhere to find puncture-proof replacements. 5) Charging port on underside. Wet day? Spray from the front wheel will get into the charging port. It has a rubber stopper but that'l fall off after a few months. 6) Rear mud guard falls off. Its precariously attached via a thin metal strip. Uneven ground after a few months will snap that sucker off. All in all i've lost upwards of 4 months whilst this bike has been in for repairs and the guys who do repair laugh as i return; they expect me back. Avoid this bike is my recomendation. Estarli i recommend as a far more reliable alternative.

Whirlwind c4 is one third of the price at £500
Whirlwind c4 is one third of the price at £500 This is a near identical bike with a very expensive eelo logo on the side. The logo costs about £1000.

GREAT ELECTRIC BIKE
This bike ticked all the boxes for me, compact size very zippy with a powerful motor, easy to fold and load into the car when needed without taking up too much space. The eelo has reawakened the joy of cycling for me having reached an elderly age. Quality always shows.

Super little bike, even better customer service
I’ve had this bike for around two years and I never usually write reviews. However I’ve had a couple of small technical issues with the bike recently so I thought I’d write one to give my honest experience. In the two years I’ve had this bike there have been a couple of small issues, the main one was around a tyre bulging and panels coming off it, that was around 18 months. The more recent problem (out of warranty, but we’ll get to that) involved an electronics issue. Now I personally don’t think thats two bad in those two years but lets get to the electronics issue and the reason I’m writing this review. The bike, as I’ve said was out of warranty, but that didn’t stop the guys at Eelo helping me out anyway. They sent me new parts and guided me through installation without a second thought. You’d normally expect to be told to shove it given that the warranty period had expired. The customer service was exemplary and I remain a loyal customer. I just wish the battery lasted a little bit longer
