I’ve taken many supplements and medications. Tried them. Most vitamin supplements have seed oils, which are literal poison. This has coconut oil as the binder which is fantastic for you. I can tell the difference when taking these over what you commonly find at Walgreens or commiemart. Noticeably better energy and absorption. Easy to swallow and a neat natural color.

Best vitamin D supplement I found, and that has been effective and keeping my levels stable. Really wish they would put out a bulk size though—I hate having to buy one of these every month. So much unnecessary plastic!

These are great in terms of quality and ingredients. Doubtful you will find another supplant brand with this clean formulation. That said, I think the dosage is really high unless you REALLY need to get your D levels up… fast. If you are just looking for something for a daily maintenance dosage, this might be overkill unless your have your levels checked regularly.
