I brought this new phone to replace my old Doogee S88 which may I add was a great phone which I’d owned for about 6 years. This new phone is a virtual copy of my Doogee it’s a big phone with the exact same design but a slightly larger screen length wise. It’s waterproof and you can drop it without it braking the screen it’s a heavy phone but it’s brilliant. It’s got a great camera and the pictures are crystal clear, it’s very fast at doing stuff I can’t fault it and the price was brilliant.

I would strongly advise people to think twice before buying the Oukitel WP36 Pro, the Oukitel G1, or frankly any device made by Oukitel.Within less than a year, both phones have completely failed. These devices are marketed as rugged and reliable, but my experience has been the complete opposite.The problems I encountered included:Phones suddenly stopping working / becoming unusableNetwork and connectivity failuresSD cards not being recognised, even when using new 512GB cardsDevices effectively becoming brickedI followed all recommended troubleshooting steps:Restarting the devicesRemoving and reseating SIM cardsResetting network settingsAttempting storage fixes and backupsDespite trying everything, the problems remained and the phones eventually failed completely.What made the experience even worse was the terrible customer service. I contacted support and received no meaningful help or response for several days. When two devices fail within a year, the least a company should provide is responsive support.At this point I’ve had two Oukitel phones fail within a year, which raises serious concerns about build quality and reliability.Summary:Two devices failed within a yearConnectivity and storage issuesTroubleshooting didn’t fix the problemsVery poor customer serviceOverall, this has been an extremely frustrating experience. Amazing value for money.Fantastic battery life (10 Ah..!).Relatively easy to use for someone like me who is not very savvy with these things.Great memory.Camera is pretty good for the price.Very tough and I can confirm it IS DUST AND WATERPROOF..!Highly recommend for use on a building site or outdoor activity where it will get knocked around.It does lock-up now and then, but a restart usually sorts it out. Not really a problem.It is very heavy as advertised. You can't really walk around with it in your pocket, it needs to go in your bag.Great value though.

We got this phone for my autistic son that is a bit of a thrower. The battery lasts all day streaming videos, the gorilla glass screen can take a battering although we put a screen protector on just incase, you can download a volume lock for free from the play store and if you put a 64gb SD card it runs as fast as an iPhone!Brilliant cheap option for anyone with kids that need a screen to regulate but are a very clumsy,

The specifications and huge storage space of the G1 make it ideal for me. What made it even better was the price, I would need to spend much more for a similar spec from another manufacturer . The phone is robust and lives up to its rugged reputation.
