Disappointing Experience
Disappointing ExperienceI purchased this heat press, and unfortunately, it arrived defective. I have issues with the heating plate not heating correctly and it takes over 20 minutes to heat up to the desired temperature. I initiated a return request, only to be told I’d have to pay for the return shipping, which feels completely unfair given the circumstances. I’ve never paid so much for a product that feels so cheaply made and doesn’t work as expected. Very disappointed in both the product and the customer service. I wouldn’t recommend this product to anyone.

It has stopped working. I only used it max 5 times
The first one I received sparkled electricity from the little temperature box . They exchanged it without any issues . However, the second one has stopped working. I only used it max 5 times. I feel I threw my money in the trash .
