I was told to go with extra soft, but I went with just soft. I wish I had went with medium. All the other pillows I've tried my head just sinks too far down and I ended up with a kink in my neck and a headache. It would probably be perfect if I had gone with medium. I still think it's a lot of money for a pillow.

It's not easy to pillow shop online. I'm a Side Sleeper and like a really flat pillow. I ordered the SOFT QUEEN, and I wish it was not as thick. It reminded me of the tale of "Goldilocks and the Three Bears", wanting one that was just right. I wish I could try them all. Directions state that you need a few days to adjust to the pillow, and I agree. I've learned to sleep with it and I like it. I love using it on my back when sitting up in bed. Great when sleeping on your back too. The cover is very thin and I don't think does much for keeping the pillow cool. I do flip it to the cool side often. I'm keeping this one, but will order an Extra Soft next.

This pillow replaced an old latex pillow and it is just as good if not better. I searched forever for that perfect pillow found it !!! You can’t go wrong with this choice.

I really like these latex pillows, I have a 'medium' pillow but thought a 'soft' might be a better fit because I'm petite and thought the loft (thickness) might be a bit too much. Well, I can't tell any difference between the two. They are the same thickness. The soft is a tad lighter in weight but that's it. I used a laundry pen to put a small M on the medium pillow so I could tell them apart. I thought about trying an extra soft but it's not worth the hassle.

There was a plush latex pillow sold by Bed Bath and Beyond years ago that I love so much but have been able to find a proper replacement for. This is the closest thing I found, and I hate to say it but it’s worth the price tag.
