Bought 2 sets of these for a tour of Scotland. Didn't want to keep unpacking and repacking when we only staying 2 nights in 5 different accommodations. Each bag had different items of clothing for a 10 day holiday. The slim bag I used for make up and medication. Will be using these for every holiday we go on from now

These really don't look like the photograph. Once you get over that and start packing then all is well. The white part in the photos is actually a slightly grey-coloured mesh which is a helpful aspect since it aids breathability. On detailed inspection you find they are really well made with zip seams enclosed binding to prevent risk of fraying. The seams are triple stitched. The zips are good quality and so is the fabric. The jury is out on whether I get more in them by rolling, just laying items flat or layering and bundling clothes but the compression zips do make sure you get every corner of your luggage filled to capacity if you want to. Little carry handles might be useful and they have reflective strips if you end up needing to find them in the dark although not sure I will need to. I had contemplated making my own but totting up the cost of fabrics, zips, binding, thread as well as the time to make them, I am confident that these have been good value for money. Once filled doing up the zips do take a bit of coaxing to avoid them getting caught on the fabric. Suggest do it gently and keep pushing the fabric away from beneath the zip. This takes a little longer but is worth avoiding the time it will take to unsnag the zip once it does get caught. I think this seems to happen with any of these types of bags not just this brand.
