The product is easy to apply and it does leave the hair feeling softer and looking slightly smoother after use. I also noticed a small reduction in volume and frizz, which was appreciated. However, for my hair type, the results were more temporary than I expected. I had read reviews suggesting that the hair could look great even without blow-drying or straightening, but I still felt the need to use a flat iron to achieve the finish I wanted. I was also expecting the product quantity to last longer. For long or thick hair, one application can easily use most of the product, making it difficult to get a second full treatment. I understand this is not a keratin treatment, so I wasn't expecting perfectly straight hair. Still, considering the price, I expected a more noticeable transformation. Overall, it's a decent treatment for a temporary improvement in softness and manageability, but it didn't fully meet my expectations.
