Roku TV Remote Control (Official Manufacturer Product) - Simple Setup, & Pre-Set App Shortcuts - Replacement Remote Compatible with RokuTV Models ONLY (Not Roku Players)

The remotes connected and worked fine, but one didn’t every come packaged in its own box it was in a bag in the amazon box. The other remotes (i ordered 2) was in a box, but it was all mangled and had packing tape all over it. Again remotes worked fine. Just a little mad that i paid for a new product and it seemed to be a returned or used product.

Item seemed to be nice and appeared to be a genuine Roku remote, but it does not come with any understandable instructions to program it to your current Roku system. I did replace the batteries with new, fresh batteries thinking maybe the ones it came with may have been dead, but it still did not work. It is not preprogrammed to work either. I immediately returned it to the seller.

Works great! It has a little trouble finding the sensor on the TV to carry out my demands but other than that it’s a good buy.

Easy to use easy to pair with my TV

Worked immediately, came with batteries and convenient. However, I am frustrated because I ordered an expensive case to help me not lose this remote, and it doesn’t fit. I bought a case specifically meant for Roku remotes, and this doesn’t fit because it’s 5”7” while original Roku remotes are 5”5”. Whatever cover I get will not be of the quality I was hoping because this isn’t a standard Roku remote.

Original Roku remote for our TCL TV died so we ended up looking for a replacement and settled on this. It pretty much worked perfectly right out of the box but when comparing it to the original, you could tell that this one was lighter and didn't feel as solid as the original. Just a minor detail but overall it's been 2 months and working flawlessly without any issues.

They did show up on time but Amazons notification system sucks that being said the remote is nice but is double the cost of the other ones that I ordered that were off brand and the buttons on the off brand ones were better they were also half the price

Great replacement only down fall was the buttons would jam sometimes and it don’t come in the original packaging felt used already but apart from that it’s ok I think the price is a little steep if it’s not actually new.

I’m having trouble getting the remote to connect to my tv It could be me doing something wrong But other than that it’s a great product
