Horrible cover & liner.
I guess I am one of the few who has issues. I ordered two of these beds for my four dogs because of the reviews online. One of them is a geriatric bed wetter and was the prime reason I ordered the "waterproof" bed. Unfortunately, the first liner tore at the seam after a month or two. Customer service/owner finally agreed to send me a free replacement, but it took some time and acted as if they were doing me a favor. Fast forward a couple of months and the second liner (looked brand new, no "nesting" damage) failed one night leaving the foam bed soaked in urine. So the liners are not of good quality or it was a defective "batch". The owners refused to do anything or to offer tips on how to clean the foam. After a few days/weeks I gave up and I am left with a bed full of bacteria that I can't properly clean. Then this week I went to go to clean the other bed and notice the liner is shot, the cover is split at the seam, and the zipper came off. Obviously NOT covered by the "20 year" warranty....I would just expect a better quality liner and cover at this price point.

Best bed ever! Worth every penny!
The only bad thing I have to say about the bully bed is that I waited too long to order one!!! OMG, I swear it's more comfortable than MY bed!I have a 12 year old English Bulldog, and though he is only 53 pounds, he is at a tender age and deserves a supportive and comfortable bed. I was concerned with the cost, but if I bought this to begin with, I would have SAVED money! I've gone through several beds that lose their "fluff" and wasted money on new inserts or new beds. It was between the BIG BARKER and BULLY BED. Their reviews were similar and they are made with the same 7" of layered foam. The BULLY is not only cheaper but has a head rest....Vincent loves his headrests, so that was easy. And the more expensive BIG BARKER adds an additional fee for a headrest and is still more expensive with no headrest. The Large and extra large come with the 7 inches of foam (the thickest available) the Medium would have been big enough but is only 4"). There is PLENTY of room. I gave him an extra pillow and made a "bolster" from a rolled up blanket to go around bed that is against the wall. (He likes to be cocooned:) he took to it right away and after his first 14 hour nap, lol, he didn't even leave a dent in the bed. I've laid down next to him and it holds me as well!! Wish I got this sooner! Love the fact it has a waterproof cover under the soft cover....other beds charge extra for it! Just in case my baby ever has a bladder problem down the road. It's about the size of a standard baby crib mattress (a little shorter and a little wider) plenty big for most breeds. And perfect for old dogs, multiple dogs and large dogs. Only a giant breed would need an extra large.I would even recommend for smaller dogs! It's QUALITY! And also nice looking! This is a forever bed!!I am a real person....no one has paid me and I have no connection to this company. You won't be sorry! 🐾🐾🐾❤️

Top of the line in quality
I gave this bed some time to make sure it worked out. So far it is holding up well, and my aging pit bull mix seems to really like it (so do the cats). He is about 85-90lbs and barely makes a dent when laying on this bed. When I sit on it with him, I don't even reach the floor at all (its actually thicker than my own orthopedic memory foam bed). This has helped immensely with his degenerative joint disease, arthritis, and spondylitis in his spine. He is not stiff at all when getting up now and it's the perfect height for him to get on and off without excess effort. The bed inflated properly with no problems, even the bolster (which he loves to rest his head on), and no super strong odor was noticed. I do cover it with his blanket, so I haven't needed to wash the cover yet but it does vacuum easily for the stray hairs from nesting and I spray it with an upholstery sanitizer before putting the clean blanket back on. I will definitely buy another one once our rottweiler needs more support than his futon provides.

DIDN'T INFLATE COMPLETELY
I was one of the unlucky recipients of a bed that didn't "fluff up" evenly. It is great: thick, dense in about 45% of the bed. Sadly, the back half never got thicker than about 1.5".To go to all of the trouble to get a new correctly sized box and then attempt to smush it back to deflated size to ask for a return is too daunting.Overall, if you get lucky, it's cheaper than a Big Barker. However, as a testimony to the Big Barker brand, I have one that is >12 years old and it's still as good as new. Over the years, three Cane Corsos and two Rottweilers have slept on it nightly. I recommend biting the bullet and buying a Big Barker...it will arrive in perfect condition and will last through several dogs' lifetimes.

BUY it now!
I know how my own body appreciates a good supporting mattress. My lab has had surgery on both shoulders and both knees. I found him spending more time lying on the carpet next to his oversized lofty bed. My pet is 110# and I purchased the large. It is perfectly sized and the color is neutral. I like to test the thickness of the best that I buy him by dropping to my knees on it. This is the first one that I did not feel the floor under my knees! With a 10 year warranty you can't go wrong. I also would like to state that this is a small family owned business - NOT a big box store..... I appreciate them the service they provide and the pride to stand behind their product!

SPEND THE $ - You won't regret it!
First off, Bully Beds are amazing! This bed IS worth the money and the hype. My dog loves it and is able to walk the next day. I have an 8 year old lab with some arthritis in her front joints. This bed is firm and you can tell it's made to last. I got a large and it's plenty big. She loves the bolster too! Now the real question... can I get a bed for myself made like this? ;)

Great bed, our English mastiff loves it
Great bed, our English mastiff loves it. He took to it right away he sleeps on it all day and night. He’s 150 lbs and doesn’t come close to touching the floor when on it.

Great quality/dog loves
My bf and I adopted an adult rottie. He loves the bed. As soon as it was unpacked and opened, he went to lay on it. We are very happy with the purchase and feel that it’s worth the price.
