Excellent motor great value good power and speed

Plug and play motor upgrade for Tamiya TT-02 models and others. Works with brushed ESC. Increase in speed of the RC car is significant, will require upgrades to standard TT-02 chassis - notably metal bearings and Tamiya gear set hop up (68t). Well worth the investment and much easier than Brushless upgrade. Can also get Pinion gear Hop ups (20t and 21t to replace 19t)

Lots of power. Need a gearbox that can cope. Lovely stuff.

Good upgrade from standard silver can 540 . Would recommend for any rc car , extra torque and speed . Very nice .

Running this in my re re Cat xls, it's a fantastic little motor

Really disappointed, was looking forward to fitting this, no threaded holes in the end. Must be a manufacturer's error as it appears I'm not the only one with this complaint, several people have flagged this issue...Will be sending back to Amazon for a refund. Thought Tamiya had better quality control than this.

Fast motor,very pleased.Using this with standard ESC but it makes it run a bit hot.

Es uno de los motores Brused 540 a 7.2V mas equilibrados de Tamiya. Este motor de 23T es perfecto para iniciación en pista, tiene la campana roja y amortiguacion para el cepillo, fácil de desmontar para su mantenimiento. El motor anuncia unas R.P.M. máximas de 27.500 y un torque de 500g-cm. Personalmente pienso que es mejor montarlo acompañado de un disipador.

Wow, what a power upgrade from stock silver Tamiya motor. I did not want to spend too much money upgrading to brushless motor and esc. I think it was awesome choice with just replacing motor.

biestiges ding. an alle die nur brushless kennen und glauben brushed gehört zur vergangenheit; probiert diesen hier. anzug ist extrem, bei meinem kyosho optima drehen alle vier räder durch. schlägt/ist gleichauf mit nem 11,5 turn brushless. wahnsinn, aber nichts für schwache antriebsstränge. bei tamiya kits unbedingt kugellager verbauen

Nice brushed motor—runs 27,500 r/min! The motor comes stock with bronze bushings, which can be upgraded to bearings in less than 15 minutes. Brushes are also easily replaceable when needed. Recommended if you are looking for a nice, fast brushed motor for a 1/10 scale car!
