Great but
The tip does not reach the bottom of the bottle and doesn't suck the 1ml up which is very inconvenient, especially when holding a spoon.The product itself is great though.

Not sure they did anything
The taste is ok. Had to google how to take them as it doesn't say on the bottle. I don't think they did anything for me.
