Really good vacuum cleaner.
I got this to replace a much smaller version which couldn't cope with dog hair and fluff. It was worth spending a bit more. Surprisingly powerful suction, not too heavy and easy to manouver. I can see how much extra dust and fluff is being sucked up by the amount in the container and I love the self emptying feature. I believe the deodoriser feature is working, but it's hard for me to tell as I'm used to the smell of dog.

Very usable
The base is a godsend and auto empties easily when docked (but loudly though). The unit operates well but for good suction it’s again loud but the auto sensor works well. My only quibble is the vacuum to tube attachment feels ‘wobbly’ which for this was surprising. I find I use it more than a cylinder as you just pick up and go. No fiddling. The convenience alone makes this worthwhile. The tubes are 25mm diameter meaning finding flexible tools for the car requires adapters (not all go that small) so still hunting for a flexibleTube/ car nozzle kit.Overall it’s fair value when reduced but a bit expensive for the full price. Convenience and mostly ok suction apart from volume and wobbly bit.

Excellent quailty
By far my favourite vacuum, very easy assembly and really easy to use it’s really compact and fits well in our one bed flat, the power is really good my only problem is it is quite loud but not bad for a vacuum obviously

Unobtainable Filters
Well built and and ease of use. Came with 3 additional attachments and a self emptying bin which is amazing. The biggest drawback to this machine is trying to purchase spare filters. I’ve been trying since 24 th January to purchase an additional filter. Their website has been showing “out of stock” continuously yet when speaking to customer services, they say that they come in stock fortnightly! I even signed up to their “inform me when back in stock” email but have heard nothing.I had the same problem with another well known vacuum brand so decided to change to Shark for that reason! So frustrating!

It removes dry dirt from floors and upholstery.
Fairly light weight, better suction than my old Dyson, clever features such as increasing power on dirty floors or beside walls, automatic emptying into a container when put back on the charger. When I bought it prices were all over the place from £279 to £524 - the former being the trade price which should not have appeared. No manual that I could find.

FAULTY BATCH - BEWARE
BEWARE - There is a fault with these vacuums. After the THIRD replacement that did the same thing I got my money back. Upright suction is fine, but as soon as you change to handheld it cuts out after 10 seconds and lights flashing - like overheating. Really inconvenient as expected amazing things from this very expensive piece of equipment!
