Gets the job done, works better than some chef knives.

I love it. I can use it for all sorts of things including cutting block of chesse.

Perfect weight and size, very sharp.

Overall the knife/mini cleaver is pretty decent for a cheap chef knife. If I could afford to have a custom knife made I would like the grip to be a bit bigger in diameter, the cutting edge would be straighter and the nose of the blade would be square with a small radius on the toe. The cutting edge is "sharp" but it's ground very course which makes it feel like saw teeth but luckily I'm pretty good with a stone so I should be able to smooth it out so it's more like a razor than a wood saw. I'm not at all saying this is bad product, I'm only saying you shouldn't expect it to come out of the box and be comparable to a very expensive knife. For the price range it is a nice blade. If you are picky about a knife edge like I am, you are probably going to do a little work on it before you use it.

Damaged on arrival. The tip of the blade seemed to be blunted/bent, likely from transport. Otherwise, blade seems good and in good condition.

I bought this to complement the wood block set of 16 it’s a match. It appears to be nice and sharp but there is no sheath for it nor is there a place to put it in the wood block set of 16 that was $150+ I wish there was that’s why you get 3 stars and not 5 it should come with a sheath people don’t keep there knives in a box this will be put in a drawer but I am sure the edge won’t last in there with the other utensils. And I hope the heck my wife doesn’t cut her hand because there is no way to protect the blade

Un couteau de cuisine qui devient vite indispensable. Relativement léger pour une taille parfaitement adaptée, la lame arrondie facilite la découpe. Après une utilisation pendant 3 ans de manière régulière, ce couteau n'a jamais eu besoin d'être aiguisé et coupe encore comme au premier jour. Une qualité irréprochable pour un prix justifié. Je recommande ce produit.

Had mine for over two years and it is my go to knife for more or less everything. It holds and edge super well, sharpens easily and doesn't chip or roll too easily when chopping, even through bone. Handle is comfy and has held up to the abuses of being washed in the dishwasher once or twice a day for 20+ months. Good quality material for blade and handle. Size is very comfortable for myself and my partner, the wide cheek of the blade means safe chopping as you can finger guide safely without risking your nails or your knuckles and making it a dream to use. The bolster of the knife is smooth and allows for good finger positioning. It's absolute steal of a price for what it is and the quality you get. Only came back to review as I'm considering buying more or their blades as I end up using this knife for things that a full length chefs knife would be more appropriate for. I recommend this specific knife for anyone who even mentions kitchen knives around me. Superb.

Das Messer ist sehr hochwertig verarbeitet. Die Oberfläche der Klinge sieht edel aus, der Griff ist ergonomisch geformt und liegt super in der Hand. Zu einem positiven Schnitterlebnis trägt auch die optimale Gewichtsverteilung des Messers bei. Die Auslieferungsschärfe ist sehr gut. Zudem ist die Klingenform sehr praktisch, um Schnittgut von A nach B zu transportieren. Für den Preis (knapp 25€) bekommt man hier ein super Messer, mit dem das Kochen Spaß macht!
