I've done a complete 180 on this, when I was trying to fit it and having no luck at all I was all but ready to throw it in the bin ...but I'm glad I persevered as I'm really happy with it now its fitted.*I think* a lot of my issues were in the watch I was fitting this too, it has quite a narrow gap to get the strap and pins into and with this being a single band it is quite fiddly to work with. They do give you four pins in with the strap - which in my case was nearly super helpful when I thought I had one in place only for it to ping across the room... Do also refer to the guide as to which way around this needs to be fitted on the page here. I would've risked getting it the wrong way around with that.So, once fitted it is very light, takes a bit of getting used to to get the hook on the strap attached the first few times but once you have it in place you can just expand the strap and take it off without unhooking it. I've had Nato style straps on watches before and this is just a simpler version of those I think. Wearing it is very comfortable, it feels weightless and the metal clips don't catch on anything or get in the way. I really like this style now I've tried it.My only negative is that I ordered this with silver metalwork, and it looks wrong with my watch. I do see they sell this with black metalwork too so I will probably order one in that colour way and use this band on another watch. I really like how comfortable and light it is and how well it stays in place.- One thing I should add - this is clearly not suitable for a smart watch that has a sensor on the back at the strap blocks that. Doh. I only realised this after I had no heart reading for a day.

I like to put my watch on a nato strap but sometimes find that it makes my watch look a lot more bulky on my wrist. I know that it is a matter of preference but sometimes I prefer to have less bulk. This is a very good alternative and still provides that nato look but without the extra layering.

This is the first time I've ever worn a watch strap like this, and it takes a while to get used to. To begin with I couldn't fathom out how it worked at all. Fortunately there is a photograph with fitting guide on the Amazon page otherwise I'd still be here now trying to figure it out.Once I got into my head to it works, it was okay. It's not the most comfortable watch strap I use, but it's okay. I also think it looks a bit cheap compared to more substantial straps. The colour is nice though and there is a little stretch in the strap for movement. It's good that you also receive four strong lug pins and even a tool to help you install them.Overall, for the price and the look, I think it's too expensive. It's an okay strap but not one I will choose to wear often compared to my other Nato or nylon type watch straps.

The adjustable elasticated strap comes in a brown envelope with four pins and a pin removal tool. This is so easy to attach to the watch and adjust it's childs play, the only issue i have is the strap can be a little bit awkward to fasten with one hand. Other than that it's a great strap.

This is good quality and looks durable as well. Love the design and colour combination, really good alternative. Price is actually good and not that bad.

Please do take a look at the little leaflet included as otherwise you will get it wrong. Even with it, not a cakewalk, but once on, it's a rather comfy bracelet, easy to put on and take off, yet secure.Just be aware that if you want to put on a smartwatch it won't work well, as it will block the optical block so you'll lose all things like heart rate monitoring

As per the review, really. As others have said, it’s quite complicated to fit, and the only instructions are on this page. Having faffed for the last couple of days since receiving it, I still can’t manage to get it right. Furthermore, I’m also beginning to suspect that my wrist may ultimately be too small for this strap.The strap itself appears to be perfectly fine quality. The elastic looks like it should hold shape for a long time, and I like the black and grey colour way with the silver metal fittings. If you can get it to work for you, then the current price of £12.99 at the time of writing doesn’t feel unreasonable for the quality. But in my case, it very much is an if, although I’m going to keep persevering.

However, there is a photo and fitting guide that you should refer to if like me you find it a bit tricky to fit it for the first time. It looks and feels well made and should last a long time. I love the colour combination of black and red which goes nicely with my watch.The only thing to bear in mind is that it won't work with a smartwatch as it will block the sensors on the watch's back. Other than this it's a great strap and one I would recommend.

Not a fan of regular NATO straps but love the French Paratrooper straps. This is the best I've tried. Super comfortable and doesn't loosen from what I set it to. Stretchy enough to give whole working but not enough to feel loose. Looks great on my Glycine Combat Sub!

Nachdem ich zuerst so gar nicht kapiert habe, wie ich das Band an meine Uhr fabrizieren soll, habe ich den hilfreichen Post von notme in den Amazon-Bewertungen gefunden. Man muss die Stege quasi hinter das Band legen und dann wie vorher bekannt an der Uhr anbringen. Dafür gibt es sogar ein mitgeliefertes Stegwerkzeug und vier 22mm Stege.Und siehe da, es funktioniert und eigentlich ist es ganz einfach, wenn man es erst einmal kapiert hat.Das Band ist mit den angebrachten Schnallen verstellbar und ohnehin beweglich. Und es sieht toll aus; wie ein Natoband, das kein Natoband ist. Eigentlich viel besser als ein Natoband mit den ewig zu langen Bandlängen, die man dann falten muss.Und so sieht das Band an meinem Grovana Diver aus; passt perfekt, finde ich.

I live how comfortable it is and it looks great on my watch. Only thing is i feel like it might not be as durable.

I have a wahoo rival watch and this fits it. I am unable to wear it so it still is able to read my HR. Would prefer it to be more secured in the clasps.
