Review: Great personalized tumbler for hot/cold drink! - This tumbler is great! Got it for my girlfriend because she has a matcha every day, and she loved it! Her name starts with 'R' and she loves personalised gifts, so this was like a winning product for her. She uses it every day, looks forward to having her Matcha even more because she gets to drink it out of this tumbler. The quality is top-notch. The printing of the design is very good. It has been through several washes, but no damage to the printing yet. The bamboo on the top is very sturdy and feels premium. The tumbler comes with a straw and a straw cleaner, which is a great thing! Moreover, the packaging of the product is amazing; it has a very aesthetic look and a very motivating and promising message as well! The seller is also very customer-focused focused and it is very clear that they care about how their customers like the product. I was followed up by the seller's team asking if the product arrived properly and had no damage. I was also asked for feedback. This shows that the seller takes customers seriously and wants to provide them with the best service overall. She sent me this photo after receiving the product and having her first matcha latte in it, and it's next to flowers, which means she loves it! Thanks Loih Ayazea for the great product!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Looks great, good glass quality
*by D***D on August 20, 2025*

Sometimes a lady just needs to have a cute little glass with her initial on it while she sips her fancy drink. This fits that bill. The glass has some thickness to it, is not super thin. The decorative aspect of the glass is well done and looks great. I appreciate that it came with a glass straw and a straw cleaner as well. The lid has been an issue at times where one part of it does not want to stay seated and I have to try multiple times to get it to stay. Once it does, it stays securely closed yet is very easy to remove. This is a small, dainty glass. I use this for sipping while I work. I think it’s pretty well priced for the quality of the glass.
