Lactobacillus Crispatus Probiotic 240 Tablets (4 Month Supply) – Researched Strain LCR86 – 3 Billion CFU – Digestive & Vaginal Health Support – GMP Certified (240, Lactobacillus Crispatus)

These are tiny pills, they work well for making yogurt, you need at least 4 or more crushed into powder for a sufficient amount as a starter. L. Crispatus is recommended by Dr William Davis for men and women and it does have beneficiial effects as we found out after regular use over many months. The price is excellent compared to other brands.

This was recommended by my OBGYN and it has been amazing. The pills are small and dissolve quickly. I’ve never felt discomfort or any side effects from them.

I paired this with the lactobacillus Reuteri and rhamnosus to help with recurring yeast infections and I have had one now in several months. It’s been a miracle. Highly recommend for vaginal health.

The bottle comes correctly sealed and contains the 240 tablets indicated. The size of the pills is comfortable for daily ingestion and they do not leave an unpleasant taste in the mouth. The 3 billion CFU concentration remains stable if stored in a cool place.

Love it!

Noticed a difference in a positive way

Visible in days great buy

People can say what they want about capsulated probiotics that aren’t refrigerated not being active, but that isn’t true with at least with this one. I use the capsule to make a type of yogurt and the probiotic in this product made a beautiful, creamy yogurt. Very active bacteria. I have been doing this with a few different probiotic blends and individual bacteria and have loved the effect. It has improved my digestion and comfort. Helps things move along a little better. The ingredients are in a capsule that can be easily opened and put in juice, smoothie, or coffee.
