The mount is solidly made and they included both #6 and #8 screws with one extra of each and the proper torx bit to fit. Just added a bit of blue locktite and got it mounted in minutes.

Fits short action Stevens model 200 perfectly!
I bought this (the 41000) for a Stevens model 200 short action in .223 Remington. Knowing the action is the old Savage model 10. It fits PERFECTLY. I mean seriously, all the edges line up perfectly at the rear, over the ejection/loading port, and at the front where the barrel nut meets the action. Like it was custom made for this rifle is how well it fits. Super happy! Btw outside of the fit, the finish was very good as well. Mounted up a 30 mm one piece mount, and it fit and locked in perfectly. Hope this helps anyone who needs this part for a Stevens 200, as info on these rifles is sometimes sketchy at best on the internet.

Worked perfect on my Savage 110 predator in a short action 22-250. It also come with 6-48 and the 8-40 screws and a bit driver. Looks good! Good price!! What more could you ask for!!!
