Perfect miso paste
Really delicious. I use this an all Asian cooking but it is great in salad dressings for super umami boost. Really nice texture, I really like this brand.

Great taste and very smooth !
A friend recommended this to me and I have making batches of soup to freeze and started adding a spoonful to the pan to add some more flavour . Gives my soup a nice slightly salty taste and I think really adds to its flavour , I shall also add it to my other cooking recipes as I go along . Not cheap but goes a long way and will be on my regular shopping list now .
