Performance,Design wise all found okay, If hight of the tilting stand is little increased means better.Service quality,Service quality want to Increase,Product received with some damage, or improper assembly, then I contact ponmani industries, No response from they.Otherwise Product profamance,Design,quality is good.

Worth buying
I have been using it for more than one year. It's worth buying. Still no issues. Definitely a quality product from ponmani.

Worst choice
Don't buy this product, first of all you can't return if you didn't like the product. Secondly go for elgi ultra, superior product compared to this. Batter is getting heated up, noise level is high for dal grinding. More over amazon can't take any call on product complaint, they will write to ponmani and they will convince you to keep the product. Don't ever risk buying this item.

Very happy with the product
The product is very good and the dosa batter is getting within 10 minutes. I am very happy with the product. I bought this product in 2021 and since then it is a part of my family. Staff are very friendly and help to solve the doubts.

I am using this product for 1.5 yrs absolutely perfect but efficiency got little bit down due to stone's smoothness but still good.
