The most disgusting thing I’ve ate I got the sticky toffee flavour and it tastes like the most processed garbage I’ve had not recommended.

I bought this to add some carbs pre-workout, the flavour is good but the texture is kind of like drywall compound. Not sure if all cream of rice is like. Overall this is not being eaten for pleasure but rather a purpose to get some carbs for my giant muscles. I would recommend it.

This tastes so good with water and is light on the stomach which makes it perfect as a pre workout meal for carbs.
