Does everything it’s supposed to. Nice n cheap. Materials are kinda cheap but for the price cannot argue

I’ve had mine since last summer and it’s used on average a couple of times a week. I don’t load it up heavy like some reviewers seem to but do mainly pull ups with 10kg-20kg steel plates added. I’ve had no issues with the belt at all, the chain and clip are still nice and strong and the belt itself is well made: no problems with the stitching or anything. I was actually prepared to pay a lot more for a belt but decided to take a gamble on this. For the price it is it’s superb value!

Great length of chain and comfortable feel

The heavyduty construction feels durable, and the adjustable chain holds weight securely.The back support is decent, though not the most padded. Works well for strength training, but the chain could be a bit longer for larger plates.Overall, a great value for the price!

This belt is great for the money. I've had over 20kg hang from it anf it's still going strong. It has good stitching, the chain looks and is solid, a good length as is the karabiner.Great purchase.

I used it for weighted dips and pull ups and it never failed me. It is comfortable and it feels durable. So I can say it worth the price.

good and comfortable, but the large D rIngs bend and open up with over 20+ kgs , lucky i had two spare carabiner clips to replace them.. overall worth £7.50 if you have something to replace the D large rings
