Rico sabor tienen estas sopas, ligeramente picante. Aporte nutricional correcto para ser un producto dietético. Fácil de preparar y rápido.

Lecker, effektiv & gesund!!
Mir wurde Nupo von einer Freundin empfohlen. Mir war es wichtig alte Gewohnheiten zu unterbrechen ( Alkohol, zu viel Süßigkeiten, Cola light, zwischendurch irgendetwas snacken ) Ich habe jedes! Produkt probiert für meine 800 Kcal/Tag Diät und fand alles geschmacklich gut bis sehr gut. Die herzhaften Nupo Varianten habe ich mit Gewürzen aufgepimpt ( Pfeffer, Chilli, Knoblauchgranulat). Durch die 6 Portionen täglich lässt das Hungergefühl schnell nach ( bei mir nach 3 Tagen ). Da ich mich viel bewege ( gehe 2x tgl. mit meinem Hund - entspricht ca. 12 -15 tsd. Schritte tgl.) und Sport treibe hatte ich einen unglaublich schnellen Effekt bezüglich der Gewichtsabnahme erreicht. Knapp 4 Kilo in 2 Wochen. Jetzt mache ich in abgeschwächter Form weiter, denn ich war nicht übergewichtig. Jetzt nehme ich wieder eine Mahlzeit am Tag gemeinsam mit meiner Familie ein. Bleibe aber erstmal weiterhin bei der Keto - Ernährungsweise. Bitte beachtet, zu einem geeigneten Zeitpunkt zu starten, denn man wird zu Beginn sehr müde und ist nicht so leistungsfähig. Dafür war mein Schlaf sehr tief und ich bin erholt aufgewacht. Ich empfehle Nupo zu 100% !

Excellent Meal Replacement
I really love this soup. As a replacement for lunch or tea, it is very tasty and filling, with just enough flavour and spice to be satisfying. When you want to lose weight you have to expect to make some compromises, but this fits my bill totally, and I will definitely be buying more when the current box has run out. Update: After enjoying the Spicy Thai Chicken soup so much, I decided to try the Tomato flavour. I don't normally like packet tomato soups, but tentatively took a chance - and I'm so pleased that I did, because it was delicious, and was much better than I had expected. I did detect a slight tang to begin with, but then I didn't notice it after the first couple of spoonfuls. The main thing is that I had the same "happy tummy" feeling afterwards, as I did after the Spicy Thai Chicken soup (and the Egg Omelette!), and I'm now going to order the vegetable soup as well. Variety is the spice of life, as they say - and anything that feels satisfying while helping you to lose weight has to be worth it.
