Very comfortable and great lumbar support
I was looking for an all mesh office chair with good ergonomics and found this chair for a good price. This chair costs 2/3 of other chair with similar features. I’m glad I bought this one. The product came in a very big heavy box. Inside the box are all the parts needed and instructions for assembly. While unboxing, I was amazed how heavy the parts are, you can easily tell that this chair is premium and heavy duty. The polymer plastic frame is very solid and heavy. Assembly was easy, it took me less than 15 minutes to fully assemble the chair. There are a lot of things I love about this chair. The mesh fabric is thick enough for durability, with enough breathing holes to keep you comfortable, but yet not rough to the skin. The adjustable lumbar support is great to perfectly get the most comfortable seating position. I am not a fan of the headrest, but it is nice to have if I just want to lay back and relax. I like my arm rest a little high, and the adjustable arm rest can go high enough to my preference. The spring tension when reclining backward is strong enough to slow you down so that you won’t accidentally fall backwards. I am really happy with the price of this office chair, I have an $800 office chair that I use in the office, and I wouldn’t be able to tell the difference based on comfort and ergonomics. At $220, this chair is a good deal. If I have only one gripe, I wish the wheels are caster wheels so that it can easily glide on carpets, but those will cost a little extra and can be bought separately. Other than that, everything else is perfect. Overall, I won’t hesitate to buy another one if needed. This office chair is so comfortable and ergonomic it feels like a thousand-dollar chair. Highly recommendable.

Amazing super comfortable chair for all day sitting! I can HIGHLY recommend it!!
I bought the "SIHOO B300 PRO Comfy Ergonomic Office Chair Without FOOTREST, Black", at the time for $249. What an AMAZING Chair!! I sit a lot at my home office, when I am not at work and needed a new super comfortable ego chair. Look no further if you are on the same search. Super comfortable for all day sitting. With the tailored Spine support. That let's you move the whole back of the chair up and down to the perfect position for your hight (I am 6'1). With a super great lumber support, that you can move up and down, in an out. That part was a must have for me, and the chair fits now perfectly for me. The flexibility of the armrest, and how you can move and tilt it, is just another super nice to have feature. All in all, LOVE that chair. Can highly recommend it.

Still going strong 6 years later
I am just coming on here 6 years after my purchase to verify that it is a nice chair. I use this chair almost everyday for my home desk setup and it is nice. The only small gripe I have is the arm rest and a bit firm for my liking, but obviously not that big of an issue if I still have it after 6 years. I like the back support and from what I remember it wasn't too difficult to put together.

SIHOO M57 Chair Review – Excellent Comfort and Standout Customer Service
I’ve owned the SIHOO M57 ergonomic chair for over four years, and it remains one of the most affordable and comfortable chairs I’ve used. It has held up well under daily use, which speaks to the overall quality of the design. Over time, however, I began experiencing issues with the armrests. One failed first, then the other, eventually leaving the chair without both arms. Despite this, the chair itself was still so comfortable that I didn’t want to replace it entirely. Instead, I contacted SIHOO to ask if I could purchase replacement armrests. I made it clear that I was not seeking a warranty claim, as the chair was beyond the three-year warranty period. Although SIHOO informed me that they do not typically sell individual replacement parts, they still took the time to request photos and review my situation. After I provided the images and original purchase invoice, they went above and beyond by offering to send replacement arms at no cost. This was an unexpected and highly appreciated gesture. Customer service like this deserves recognition. While many companies meet expectations, SIHOO exceeded them. Their willingness to support a long-time customer, even outside the warranty period, reflects a strong commitment to customer satisfaction. That said, there is one area where SIHOO could further improve the customer experience: • Offering individual replacement parts for purchase would be a valuable option for customers who want to extend the life of their chairs. Overall, I have no hesitation recommending SIHOO chairs. Not only do they produce comfortable and well-built products, but they also stand behind them with exceptional customer service.

Just good: comfort and value
Here are outlines of SIHOO M57 Chair: 1. Out of package: excellent quality, great craftsmanship. Each part is perfectly manufactured, no defects. 2. Assembly: self-explanatory and easy, feels strong and durable, no failing points, good structural integrity, steel, hard plastic composite. 3. Comfort: five stars plus, nothing else needed. All possible adjustments are available: height, tilt (from soft to hard), arm rests (height, angle, wide). I easy took out the head rest, I do not need it when working. I tested many chairs that are available locally, this one is above all of them. Eliminates back discomfort, could not find similarly good chair in the past. 4. Look and Feel: modern, meets today’s standards of computer/work chair. It advertises as Big and Tall, for 5”11 feels perfect. 5. Overall value to price ratio: much higher that chairs I try locally, and higher than I expected.

Solid, Comfortable, and Supportive – A Worthy Upgrade (Despite a Few Aesthetic Quirks)
I’ve been using the SIHOO M57 ergonomic chair for a while now, and it has genuinely improved my work-from-home setup. After comparing it to options like the IKEA Markus, here’s my detailed experience. The Good (Pros): · Comfort is King: This is the most comfortable task chair I've owned. The mesh back is breathable, and the split design provides excellent support. It’s noticeably more comfortable for long sitting sessions than the IKEA Markus I used previously. · Built to Last: The build quality inspires confidence. It feels solid and well-constructed, with a reinforced aluminum base and a sturdy frame that doesn't wobble. It handles my daily 8+ hour use without any issue. · Rock-Solid Stability: It’s very sturdy. Even when I lean back or shift position, the chair feels planted and secure. The silent casters are a nice touch, gliding smoothly without scratching the floor. · Excellent Customer Support: I had a minor query about a small part, and their customer service was outstanding. They responded within 24 hours and sent a replacement part immediately, no questions asked. It’s great to know they stand behind their product. The Not-So-Good (Cons): · Personal Preference on Style: My only real criticism is a cosmetic one: the chrome accents on the armrests and base. The build is fantastic, but I personally would have preferred a matte black or white finish for a more modern, understated look. It's a minor point, but worth noting if you're particular about aesthetics. · Investment Piece: It is a bit pricey compared to basic office chairs. However, considering the ergonomic features, durable build, and the level of comfort it provides, I believe it’s worth the investment for anyone who spends long hours at a desk. Final Verdict: If you’re looking for a high-quality, comfortable, and supportive ergonomic chair and are willing to invest a bit more for lasting quality, the SIHOO M57 is an excellent choice. The chrome styling might not be for everyone, but the comfort, sturdiness, and peace of mind from great customer support make it a purchase I’m very happy with.

Great chair but Not Worth $200
The chair has a solid, high‑quality build right out of the packaging, and the assembly process is fairly straightforward. It would’ve been helpful if the instructions clearly indicated which direction the seat should face, but overall the setup wasn’t difficult. After assembling the chair, I noticed a few issues. The maximum seat height isn’t great, and the range from the lowest to highest position is only about four inches, which feels limiting. The headrest is also disappointing — it looks good at first, but the adjustment mechanism is cheaply made. Once you’re sitting in the chair, sliding the headrest up or down becomes extremely difficult, almost unusable. The armrests also suffer from poor adjustability. The levers feel very mechanical and stiff, and instead of offering a smooth, dynamic height range, they lock into a few predefined positions. Because of this, getting the armrests to the exact height you want isn’t always possible, which makes them feel more restrictive than ergonomic. The plastic components are another drawback. The headrest and armrest tops initially look premium, but the levers — including the height‑adjustment lever — are made of thin plastic that flexes and feels flimsy. Even the sound they make feels cheap. Overall, the chair is decent, but I don’t think it justifies the $200 price point. With the limited height range, stiff armrest adjustments, and the nearly unusable headrest mechanism, it feels more like a $150 chair.

4 Years later *edit* and 2 Months
I thought I should give an update, to my original review. After dismantling the chair, I thought I'd give tracking down a replacement part a try, after a bit of browsing I decided to contact SIHOO's customer services. The chair is well out of warranty but thought I might be able to buy a replacement. The reason I've bumped this back to a 5 star review is they sent out the part for free. My favourite price. The parts not an exact replacement but it turns it back into a functioning and comfortable chair. One issue to watch out for, the cylinder piston will be very well attached, I needed to buy one of these to get it to extract: https://www.amazon.co.uk/dp/B0C7VY2MX1?ref=ppx_yo2ov_dt_b_product_details&th=1 (Previously) I've been using this as an in-home office and gaming chair for the last 4 years. Up to the last few weeks, it served my average size (6' tall, 14 stone) self well. It has seen some serious posterior hours in that time as like many I've been working from home and continue to do so. (8 hour working day and an evening of gaming most nights). When it arrived it was easy to assemble, a bit of hex key / spanner work during assembly but nothing tricky. The chair is comfortable, I have pulled 16 hour days in the thing with no issue (of course moving around occasionally, coffee doesn't make itself). Support wise it's adjustability is fine, good back and neck support. The neck could be a little stiffer maybe but not a huge deal. So, why the average review. The picture is the clue here. After 4 years of service the metal connecting plate of the backrest has started to bend and sheer. The washer's have squashed out of existence as well, maybe I could have caught the pending break if I'd spotted this earlier. If you're not going to sit in this chair night and day I think it's still a good chair. And if they were to extend the connecting portion of the frame it would probably prevent this from happening. It just has too much pivoting potential over those 3 screws.

Overall is satisfactory
It took 3 weeks to reach me (it was informed upon placing order), even though there is no tracking available, seller is quite responsive. I would give 5 stars if they provide installation service too (at least an payable option). It took me appx 40mins to get it all fixed, as it quite heavy when fixing the bottom. Not much complain in terms of the quality, but the mesh fiction will probably rub against your skin if you are wearing shorts (working from home).
