So far, so good. This has been great for both punches and kicks. Also use them to test for blocking. This was an inexpensive training tool. It is sturdy, for I have been able to kick the mess out of it and I’ve had it for about three weeks now. Hopefully I do not have to buy another one, but if I do, I’d buy the same product again.

We got there for our son to use to practice his taekwondo with and I must say these are excellent!! He practices couple times a week on these, especially when he's having a hard time learning new things in class. These are in incredibly important thing to have at home if you have a child and taekwondo who's taking it very seriously. A very very highly recommend using these. Your possible to complete? They're very easy to use for the kid and the parent. The size is exactly the same size as the one they use in class, so they're again also perfect in size.

These are a decent value for the price. I wish they were a tad bigger area. I use them for a 4 year old and he doesn't have the best aim yet.

These things are cool! The kids love them. Purchased these for their taekwondo class. I have three boys. They are rough and tumble boys and these things have held up really well. Very happy with this product!!!
