TRG Easy Dye

My 'white' trainer pumps (which I've had for years but keep because they're so comfortable) were looking decidedly un-white. In fact grubby would be a better description, to the point where even shoe whitener wasn't doing anything much. If your white shoes sound like that, then I'd recommend this shoe dye; the results are nothing short of amazing! It's pretty easy to use; you get a little sponge with an abrasive side that you use to slightly roughen the surface so the dye adheres better. Then it's the soft side to put the dye on; I did two coats and now my shoes look like they did when I bought them! A really bright white dye that's easy to use, not expensive and well worth spending time to get a really good finish. Would I buy it again? Absolutely!

My nubuck shoes were very faded. But two coats has restored the colour. Do this in an open space it's smelly. Spills can be removed with isopropyl alcohol but better to cover surfaces and wear gloves. Mask off any areas you don't want coloured. The only down side is that you need to wait 12 hours before colouring again. The bottle has enough for at least two coats plus of my size 7 shoes. Comes with a narrow brush and the dye is quite runny so it's easy to apply.

Excellent coverage even on first coat of my docs martins boots which had gone back to a very pale white of the original colour which was olive green - I’ve also used this brand on my leather expensive summer sandals ever 3rd year due to sun damage which I’ve had for 15 years so will continue to buy this product

See first review below this. (This part is updated after wearing the coloured sneakers outside for an hour a few days after they had been dyed). The dye scratched off in a couple of places whilst putting the sneakers on to wear out, they were fully dried and had 2coats of dye done a few days before l wore them. I noticed that by pushing my foot into the back of my turquoise sneakerboot that the paint had scratched off at the top of the ankle where l pushed my foot in. Once l got home I noticed a couple of other scratches where the paint had come off too so I've had to buy another bottle of dye to fix it, and some leather dye scratch resistant sealant to hopefully seal it so it doesn't keep happening or I've ruined a perfectly good pair of sneakers. So be aware it is great at colouring the item but doesn't stay once you start wearing it. So get a sealant. That's been my experience anyway so I'm removing some stars. First review before wearing the dyed sneakers 👇👇👇👇👇 Well this is surprisingly easy to use and fool-proof. I have always wanted a turquoise pair of sneakerboots and have looked for years and had to resort to doing my own. I added bright pink laces too as its beautiful with turquoise. The product went on smooth and easy and dried really fast too, I buffed the soft leather with the scouring side of the sponge first which worried me as it took the shine and softness of the leather away so l knew they would be ruined if the dye didn't work so it was a gamble. But it paid off and the dye applied really well. It only needed one coat to look even but being a perfectionist l went over them twice to catch any missed or lighter bits. I would definitely recommend this product. I'm buying deep purple and magenta too so l can do more sneakers how l want them! I'm really pleased. I also bought the magenta pink and did another pair of sneaker high tops which are also pictured.

Great did my shoes just as I wanted

My favourite makeup bag was 35 years old and looking tired (pale blue leather goes yellow overtime). It now looks brand new, very easy to use and perfect colour match. The bag will now be in use another 30 years.

Does what it's meant to do,I got it to change colour on a good pair of shoes I bought from Clarkes but ruined appearance wise when stupidly wearing when spraying a chemical. The colour came out quite shiny and dulled this down by using black shoe Polish.I now use the shoes for work On a plus side,.I followed the instructions, easy to apply,excellent coverage, with plenty left for future applications if needed and good value for money spent.

Die vor dem Färben leicht rauhe und für meinen Schuh typische Oberfläche war danach leider nicht mehr vorhanden.

One small bottle was enough for a pair of medium sized Uggs. Easy and fast to apply with the brush. Picture doesn’t do it justice (left is the one I dyed, and right was how they looked before colouring). Colour is a nice deep navy. This is just one coat, and I have enough for another coat. They now look like new, still soft. I’ll be interested to see how it lasts.

Wirklich sehr gute Farbe, aber leider reicht es nicht für ein paar Schuhe. Die Ergiebigkeit ist nicht gegeben.
