Review: Worth It! NOT a toy! - When the postman handed it to me I thought (uhoh)it was a toy. I only weld because it's so expensive to hire, so definitely an amateur. Out of the box still thought it it might be a toy.... Wow! What an incredible machine. I've already welded an exhaust pipe and now rebar for brackets. Tinker with the speed and heat and it just hums along. About the size of a car battery. Ha! I even ordered one for my nephew. He loves it. Don't forget to order gloves. That's all you need to start. Auto shield works fine. I haven't tried the stick yet, might not ever because mig is so easy for amateurs.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Performed better than expected!

I bought this thing back in july. And now we're in august. It's actually the first time I'm using it. And so far it worked great. Unfortunately I broke the little tip on it 🤦, but I was able to fix it. And this is also why it gets five stars. I have an old broken Lincoln welder that I was able to use the tip off of. That means it's interchangeable with Lincoln parts! As far as the gun tip is considered. I hate it when you buy something cheap just to find out you can't get replacement parts. Hopefully nothing else breaks. It's quite powerful for just being 110. I had it running off of a pretty long extension cord with a fuse on it. When using it on a long runns, I kept popping that safety fuse. It's first job was to remove broken off exhaust bolts. And it worked perfect. The auto dimming helmet worked as expected, I did not even have to adjust the settings. I bought it on sale, but it's definitely worth full price. I have a bigger job for this thing to tackle. I'll definitely update when I finish. October 4th 2026. This thing is awesome! It's been a while and I said I was going to do an update. I made a crossmember for my 1974 Dodge ram. You can't just buy this. So I made my own lift. Now my truck sits about 8 in higher than stock. I'm not done yet but this welder is working exactly how is expected to work if not better. I also figured out why I kept popping that little breaker on my extension cord. It took a little finagling on the adjustments, but now I got the hang of it. And that breaker no longer pops. The penetration is excellent. I've been welding material up to 1/4 inch thick in some spots. 3/8 and others. And this machine is working above and beyond expected. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who decides to buy it. Now I'm looking into buying their plasma cutter. I saw one review for that thing, and that was it. It only got one star. But most likely that person didn't know what they were doing.
