These Made My Day.
This worked great to move my regular low receptacle to now have hard wired gaming and streaming behind my TV, no more visible wires. 10/10. Ethernet jack is a little big in the j box but it works.

Unbeatable price
Pros: flush mount on drywall and unbeatable price Cons: multimedia plate is shiny but outlet is matte. Cover and both wallplate are in a different white. Finishing screws are philips. Overall: unbeatable price. A duplex with two USB TR is about $30 at home improvement stores. Compared to many expensive brands this wallplate is flush mount and doesn’t leave a big gap.

The USB power went out after 6mo but was promptly replaced by the manufacturer. Fantastic customer service!

Easy to install.
Seems to work fine. You can change out the outlet if you want. I could not get the original outlet with the USB ports to install in the box due to my cable configuration with 12 gauge wire, but I really didn't need it. Just swapped it for a regular rectangular outlet and it worked fine. I used the Arlington LVDR2 2-Gang Box to run the wires into the wall. Worked great.

Can't Plug Anything In Without Extreme Force With The One I Got--YMMV
Turns out that when you can't plug anything into it (and you can't without extreme force), you might as well not have it. In other words the electrical outlet side is utterly useless and you have to buy a new outlet that isn't tamper resistant to replace it with. I think they should say "tamper proof", or "plug-anything-into-it proof". Honestly, reading the other reviews makes me think either we just got one from a bad batch, or other people know some trick we're not aware of. I'm thinking the bad batch explanation is the most likely. I should've just returned it, but I was kind of hopeful they would just "break in" over time after forcing plugs in and out of them regularly. No dice. Bad advice. You should probably get something else.
