Ab Machine Total Workout Fitness Abdominal Exercise w/ Yoga Mat & DVD Home Gym

This machine is proficiently designed for its intended purpose. It targets your entire core muscle group extremely well without putting any strain on your back and neck. I've done a full range of exercises for many years, and always found abdominals to be the most difficult, due to back and neck problems. In search of some type of apparatus to make it easier, I have tried various gym equipment and purchased four previous devices for the home. After finding the "Total Core Extra" on Amazon and reading the positive reviews, I decided to give it a shot. I can now say that this device is the best by far. Not only for what I previously stated, but also because I now find working the abs a lot more likeable.

I ordered this item from Amazon. Initially it worked fine as promised, however after a few months of only minimal use, one of the spring coils suddenly made a popping noise and lost its function. Amazon has an excellent warranty service but it is active only for one month so this was not covered by Amazon. I contacted the manufacturer but they said that they cover their product for only one month! They said they cannot send a replacement part for the coil which could be easily replaced but they will send a new whole equipment based on the condition that I pay for the shipping fees and return the initial set (which is heavy). I told the customer service representative that this will cost me about the whole price of a new equipment and he said" yes, you might be better off buying a new one from Wal-Mart". So I simply threw away the set as it was not worth it. I am surprised that they didn't sell the replacement part which would have been cheap, light-weighted and easy to ship.

I've been at this machine now for over 3 weeks and noticing change on my mid section. I see some good and bad reviews, and still think this product still does justice. lol It's not a bad buy. I just hope mine doesn't snap like some say. So far so good, so I'm not complaining :D

Love it so much. I am up to 400 sit ups using this device since I have purchased it.My only slight nick pick is that the disc that was suppose to come with the device was not present.I fault the shipper on that as it was suppose to be included. Hard to go to the internet and get thenecessary instructions for all the workouts that I am capable of doing with it but I am figuring it andmy wife likes it as well.

My wife used this approximately 5 times a week doing only 2 sets of 50 reps in the morning and evening, doing exercises slow, almost like doing negative reps. Did see and feel results in a 4 month period until this past week when one of the resistance bands in the right side accordion tube snapped in two. Warranty over and out $109. Wouldn't recommend this product.

this product has a serious problem. your rear end gets pretty sore after using it a few times. fortunately, i had already purchased a sitting scoop from [...].

The product itself offers little to no resistance, and I barely feel my abs engaging at all during any phase of the movement. What a complete rip off.
