iRobot 21917 Roomba 500 600 700 series Original Cleaning Head Module with Brushes in Grey

Our 560 has done years of service and finally got the repeated clunking problem which cleaning did not resolved. This part fitted in a couple of minutes and now good as new. Also have a lithium battery replacement and my 560 can do three or four rooms.

replacing this unit has given my Roomba a whole new lease of life. Less noisy, better cleaning action. It was super easy to remove old unit and screw in this one

Easy to install and certainly restores its cleaning capabilities.

Did exactly what it's supposed to, fixed the dreaded Error 2. The old unit had a worn gearbox. Easy to fit, helpful diagram and instructions came with it.

So far its working a treat. my old 520 is 10 years old. Easy to replace. Have also replaced the aerovac bin. It’s like a new machine now at a fraction of the cost

I already knew these redesigned units had much better bearings and dust sealing than the originals, so when the gearbox started failing on my 500 series Roomba this was the natural choice. A drop-in replacement and much quieter than the original. Recommended.

Replacing assembly was extremely easy now working as it should

Original brush assembly was knocking, making noise and not cleaning very well. Installed this new assembly, which is slightly different than original - but all fit together perfectly, now cleans like new and works great. Grateful that I can get replacement parts and battery to keep this Roomba running instead of having to add more stuff to a landfill.

Depuis quelques temps, mon Roomba 564 (13 ans déjà!) faisait un bruit d’enfer et s’arrêtait très souvent en me recommandant de « nettoyer les brosses ». Les brosses étaient propres, mais j’ai fini par découvrir que la charnière du module porte-brosses était cassée. Ce nouveau module a sauvé mon vieux Roomba de la casse : il arrive complet (avec brosses) dans sa boîte d’origine (IRobot) avec ses vis et un mode d’emploi illustré, hélas en anglais. Fort heureusement il existe des tutos en français sur YouTube, le démontage-montage est très facile avec un tournevis cruciforme et le module est parfaitement adapté. Je n’ai constaté qu’un seul changement : les brosses semblent faire plus de bruit en tournant que les précédentes….peut-être parce qu’elles tournent plus vite dans un module en bon état. Un peu cher peut-être mais ça vaut le coup quand même.

It's a redesign of the older brush module and it seems easier to manage hair that's entangling. Also, the brushes are softer, which probably is better for the floor.
