The chair is comfortable, and I really liked the sturdy build quality of the structure and armrests — they feel solid and well-designed. The mesh material could have been a little better, but it still does the job well. My chair’s footrest wasn’t functioning smoothly at first, but the support team really impressed me — they actually called me proactively and arranged a replacement right away. Overall, it’s a great chair with excellent customer service, and I feel confident about the brand after this experience.
