Can this device find hidden camera's that do not transmit, but rather just record?

The DD1206 is designed to find transmitting devices and would not be the tool to use for self recording non wireless transmitting covert camera systems. A device such as the Spy Finder SF-103P would be the tool to use when looking for non transmitting covert camera systems as it allows the user to identify the covert lens using light reflection.
