The quality of the yellow of the gold is really good. And the necklace is very lightweight which is a very good thing. It actually looks like real gold. It has no orangey tone that most 18 karat gold jewelry usually has and it's not tarnished. The clasp is not that good so make sure that if you push it all the way up and the little rings that connect the chain to the clasp and to the heart charm it is not closed fully, you can see it's open slightly so I'm afraid I can lose it but it's OK cause it's inexpensive lol

This is such a cute little necklace! It's very lightweight, I put it on in the morning and wore it to late into the evening and forgot I even had it on. It stays in place well and didn't turn my neck green (didn't tarnish) or irritated it in anyway despite the long wear. I didn't check the length before buying, but it sits higher up (maybe a 16"), which I really like. Itโs definitely not high-end jewelry and I don't expect it to last for years, but for $8-$9, itโs a great value and perfect for Valentine's week in the office ๐
