I loved these! Taste was so good and I felt it was a treat for myself after a hard workout. So good when they're super cold. Had issues with hydration and my electrolytes. Water alone wasn't doing it. Did before and after test with doctor and my hydration was drastically increased after taking. Have to watch the salt though. They're so good I want to drink so much and it's too much salt. Must drink in moderation.

Then all of a sudden they magically taste like the best nectar ever. I don’t know how that happened, but that’s what we experienced.
