The lid is so thin and flimsy it does not tighten securely on the jar. I used plumber’s tape on the threads of the glass to make it a little more secure but the vision of this being trusted to fill this with margaritas and head to the tailgate at Arrowhead is a no-go. That being said for home use it has been fine and like that the stand is tall enough to easily fit a glass under to fill. Just don’t think that you can put ingredients in the jar with the the lid and shake it, that lid won’t hold!

I really wanted to like this. It leaked from the spout right from the get go and no amount of finagling it helped! We had to keep a bowl under the spout!

I use it to fill pots on the stove or for drinking water and use it on a Lazy Susan. The bottle looks classy with the glassware printing. The seam on the sides is straight, thin and the canister has no wobble to it. I used a S.S. spigot I already had. The lid's threads match the glass threads and goes on easily.
