Easy to use and quick to put on and take off. Looks cute and comfortable when wearing socks. Ideal for adding a little weight to slowly allow you to build strength and make exercises more effect, such as when using a treadmill. More stylish than normal ankle weights and would feel comfortable wearing them for a walk.

They’re brilliant as arm weights however they're too small to fit around my ankles. They’re tight and painful to wear there. I wish they were slightly larger because I think they'd be brilliant to wear around the house especially when I’m cleaning. They must be designed for thinner people because I’m only a womens UK 14, or a large depending on the sizing

This is my first set of ankle weights and I am glad that I opted for the higher weight. They are attractive in appearance and smooth to touch.Each weighs the same: exactly 1 lb 7 ozs.They are comfortable to wear - I wore them for an entire afternoon and evening after forgetting that I was wearing them. The individual weights can be moved around on the elastic band, which is of good quality. The velcro band fastens securely.They look good and won't look weird when I am out and about. I am very pleased with them, but I shall be keeping an eye on the elastic to see whether it shows signs of overstretching in due course.

These wrist/ankle weights are comfortable to wear and are size adjustable. They have a velcro strap for attach them on, and stay put once placed on. These are great for at home pilates or yoga for some added resistance, and they really make a difference to the workout to help train the muscles.

Una volta indossati sono estremamente comodi ed il peso risulta ben distribuito attorno al polso. In ogni caso la speciale conformazione degli stessi consente di spostare almeno cinque degli otto singoli pesetti presenti in totale, per avere un assetto assolutamente personalizzato. Le polsiere non hanno fibbie o parti metalliche, per questo motivo il modo più agevole per indossarli è quello di appoggiare il peso su una superficie, adagiarvi sopra il polso e far aderire il velcro aiutandosi con l'altra mano. Una scelta di design che predilige la praticità ma che non consente, volendo, di stringere in maniera particolarmente stretta la polisera stessa, che rimane sistematicamente un po' lasca. L'aspetto peculiare migliore è il fatto che le polsiere siano perfettamente lavabili, un'apprezzata garanzia di massima igiene anche quando gli utilizzatori dovessero essere più di uno. La versione da me scelta da due libbre totali non è indicatissima per essere portata alla caviglia, a meno che l'utente sia un ragazzo o una donna con caviglia decisamente sottile. Avrei infine gradito anche la presenza di una sacchetta retata per la conservazione ed il trasporto, ma anche così rimane un validissimo prodotto che sicuramente consiglio.

Ich nutze diese Gewichtsmanschetten für das alltägliche zusätzliche Training der Arme. Sie zeichnen sich durch ihre Wasserdichtigkeit, Flexibilität der einzelnen Gewichte und durch die Variabilität der Gewichte aus. Schade, dass es die Gewichtsmanschetten nicht in schwerer gibt. Ansonsten ein gutes Produkt.

Utilizzavo dei vecchi pesi e con questi c'è davvero delle grosse differenze. Sono comodi da tenere durante gli esercizi . Rimangono fermi durante i lavori. Sono perfetti per camminare, allenarsi, allenarsi e praticare Pilates. A dire il vero proverò a tenerli anche in casa durante i lavori casalinghi. Buono il prezzo.
