These wrist wraps are fantastic! Got these for my strength training. Took a minute to figure out how they wrap around the wrist. It is intuitive, but man did I second guess myself! Comfortable and functional, with a simple design to boot! I very much appreciate and enjoy using these wrist wraps.

The higher weight I started lifting the harder it was on my wrists, leading to some soreness and pain. These have been HUGE in helping me stabilize my wrists better to avoid injury. My only complaint is not being able to wear my watch with them on, but it’s a minor inconvenience!

I suffer from messed up wrists due to overusing them, however wish to continue pushing myself so I got these: Quality: little too bendable, if you're curling over a certain threshold, the alleviation of issues is almost unnoticeable, I had to do one wrap a little below and above the wrist and wrap tight Value: good for the product being cheap Applicability: if used regularly for all workouts it makes up the value spent, work decent, past 90 I can't tell the difference between wrapped and unwrapped for curls Yet again, I could be doing something wrong, so I give it a 3/5.

These wrist support straps are great. They are well made and if put on RIGHT, they are very comfortable. The support is good while lifting weights.

My son, who lives upstairs, has been training at the gym for many years, but I never saw him pack any equipment, aside from the most basic items like a bottle of water and a towel. I thought that he might appreciate these wrist supports. I was right, he did not have any extra accessories, and this is just like him because he likes to keep things simple. However, when he dug into his Christmas stocking, he was really excited to find this item. He said that he had been thinking about purchasing a pair for some time now. The quality is very good, the velcro will not rip off easily and they are well made. I have tried them on when they first arrived, and they adapted to my smaller wrists very well. I was really hoping that they would also fit my son's wrists and would not be too small. He put them on right away and he said that the fit was perfect, and also that they felt comfortable and were easy to put on with the wide velcro band. When moving his wrists around, he felt confident that they would do the job and support his wrists properly. He will give me more information after trying them more thoroughly at the gym.
