No remote on and off for the inverter
It works without a problem It would be nicer if it had a wired remote

don’t lose the manual, no downloads!
i mislaid my operating manual/instructions and it isn’t available anywhere on the web as a download, as far as i can tell. to frank; the other reviewer who is using it with eco-worthy batteries: the eco-worthy battery manual says you can’t use a straight-through cable for the rs485 inverter connection, you have to swap some of the pins. i haven’t tried this yet but will test tomorrow. a normal straight through ethernet cable won’t work for the bms to the inverter.

Selected specifically for my RV
I bought this for setting up a solar install on my little 26' Class A RV. This unit can handle a max of about 150v solar power but starts much lower. This means that I can string 3 or 4 of my 25v solar panels in series and the built-in MPPT solar converter will deal with it. Most of these all-in-one systems are 125v MINIMUM which is not ideal for a small RV install. This unit works with my 48v (actually 52.5v) 100 amp server rack batteries, taking power from them as well as charging them from solar or AC input. And finally, it provides 3500 watt AC out which matches my small (ish) RV, which has a 3500 watt system internally. Everything I need specifically for my RV.

Dead on arrival with error code 21
Edit 1: New unit arrived after proving it was DOA and shipping it back. Will make another edit when I get to testing it. Dead on arrival. Error code 21, yet it’s running cool and fans are clearly working. Will not allow batteries to charge and will not output power, likely due to the faulty error code reading. Contacted support. Will update if anything changes. This is my first time with this brand, and first ever DOA item.

All in one charge controller seems to be working well so far
Seems to be working really well, this is a all in one solar inverter/charger. the matching battery that I purchased was great on day one , then on day two the screen went dark . so I can see how the battery is on this unit so far, I have connected 4 -320 w panels in series, parallel and this unit appears to have charged the battery and I have discharged it once so I guess I would say it is working .this is a temporary set up as to test all of the different components in the system.

Help!
It arrived without the user manual. The battery icon also constantly shows that it's charging, even when it's not connected to the grid—just the inverter and the battery itself. It shows that it's charging when it isn't. Is this normal?

Working well at 30 days
This is my 2nd all in one inverter, the first was a 24V 3000 watt Eco Worthy that I'd been running for a couple of years now. I wanted the extra capacity of the 48v system plus the additional inverter output. It was easy to install and has been running great for the last 30 days. Unfortunately, in the Pacific Northwest, we have not gotten much solar in December, so have not been able to fully test the system. I am running LiTime 12V batteries and so far, no complaints
