Customer service is always a few clicks away when I need them.
I love my Procolored Printer and oven. I am a DTF beginner. So I really appreciate their customer service is always available to assist me. I have a personal Tech that I communicate with constantly. The print quality is great and doesn’t use as much ink as I expected. Trust me totally worth the money spent! 💜

Great printer
Great working dtf printer. It has had some issues but the procolored team is super helpful they have helped and fixed the problems everytime and they reply and help as soon as they can.

Compre esta impresora en diciembre del 2024 y solamente a tenido problemas desde entonces, me paso más tiempo intentando que funcione que disfrutando de las impresiones.El servicio al cliente es malo malo malo es imposible hablar con ellos en ningún momento.Por favor no compre esta impresora es una estafa.

Great Printer and Best Customer Support
This is my second Printer Precolored . Love the printer , the tube cartridge came damage , send a message to the customer Service and they where amazing, they send me right away the replacement and installed with the help of the engineer , one of the Best service I had . Definitely recommend, Thank you for all the support and I will keep buying the products.

Mala máquina
The media could not be loaded. Máquina de muy mala calidad, muy costosa y tiene muchos problemas, solo he perdido mi dinero y mi tiempo tratando de que funcione, pésimo servicio y solución a este mal producto, no la recomiendo, no pierdan su dinero
