I have used many topical eye lubricants over the years. I have become increasingly convinced that an ointment at night is an important part of helping my symptoms throughout the day. This product is less blurry, and makes my eyelids greasy in the morning. With other ointments, I still had some overnight bacterial response with stickiness or gooey junk on my lashes. I don’t get that with this product. I’ve been using it for about a month and I’m having the least amount of dry eye trouble that I’ve had in a few years. Oh, by the way, I’m an optometrist.

For me, this ointment works to keep my eyelids closed during the night when a c-pap machine sometimes leaks air upward toward the eyes. This, my dry eye problem has much improved.

Keeps my dry eyes moisturized all night!

Great product except whoever package the box put heavy items on top of this and 1 other product.

The seller was fast and arrived the very next day. The product is amazing! I’ve spent thousands of dollars out of pocket to try and alleviate my dry eye (one treatment involved what can only be described as a massage/stimulation of my ducts along the upper and lower eyelids) and I actually feel more relief from the ointment. I was surprised that I couldn’t scroll on my phone after using but just so you are aware, you use it at night because your vision will be similar to opening your eyes underwater.

Easy to use. Minimal blurry

So far is pretty good however I still have to use my medicated one.So I use it in between.

With seriously severe dry eyes, it has been difficult to find a tear lubricant that keeps my eyes lubricated so they don't become nearly bone dry and cause damage to the cornea. Optase HYLO Night Ointment is by far the best I have found due to its thickness. Despite that it is an ointment, it is much clearer than others leaving me less blurred. I also appreciate the larger tube it comes in compared to others.
