Richa Rain Warrior Fabric Motorcycle Jacket

totally waterproof and warm
£39.99 Do not underestimate this jacket and think its cheap and assume you get what you pay for ..this is my second one as my first i had for almost 3 years it was in my backbox where it always was when my bike was stolen last month..i can 100% guarantee it will not disappoint or let you down i ride in all weathers throughout all 4 seasons ,.It is thick heavy material and lined and very warm and 100% dry but it roles up nicely and compact enough to keep with you all the time and is great for them rare warm days when you have your summer gear on and decide to do a motorway trip and realize its a bit colder than originally thought or that sudden shower or down poor decides to try and ruin your day ,the zip is better than the one on my bike jacket that cost 3 times as much. The cuffs are elastic and depending on the gloves can be a bit fiddly to pull over your wrists but that is the only thing anyone could moan about really!!

Great value for money
Richa is Richa. Comfortable and not a single wet spot under heavy rain for hours

Good over jacket
The picture makes the yellow look a bit dull but it is a very bright high visibility yellow. It’s a bit longer than the average touring jacket. The zip and baffle are bulky enough to use with thinner gloves on. Bit tricky with over gloves too but does the job. Two chest pockets with Velcro securing. Could do with lower pockets too but for the price very good and worth getting if you commute year round or go on multi day tours

Working well
Having got through countless sets of motorcycle gear over the years I have come to accept that “waterproof” is an advertising pitch, not a technical term or a legal definition of a product. This one does work. I wear it over my armoured wax cotton for a daily 30 mile there, 30 mile back commute, all year round. A longer journey would probably become a bit sweaty on a warm day because this jacket is not “breathable” but that’s why I bought it. I have never found a “breathable waterproof”. This one claims waterproof and so far, about a year, it has been.

A Good Buy
Bought this to replace my old Held waterproof bike jacket which is starting to leak after 4-5years of use. This jacket is an excellent replacement in price and is well made. One small nag is the elasticated wrists which I'm not use to ( Held had velcro straps) and i think will be awkward when putting on gloves last. But overall its a good buy. PS..Arrived within 48hrs of order although EDD showed i had up another two days to wait (well done)

Great for the money
A good fit over a large bike jacket, good cord collar. Impressed with the quality.

Nice comfortable jacket
Nice comfortable jacket, the only problem I have had with it is that although it IS shower proof it is not completely waterproof as I found out when riding my bike & was caught in a very heavy & prolonged downpour.Apart from that it is a good jacket and due to the 'Hi-Viz' aspects easeily seen in both day light and darkness

Well worth the money
I bought this jacket as I commute 80 miles a day. I live in Ireland so the weather mostly varies between different levels of dampness and wind. My commute involves motorway and minor roads. I've being using this jacket for a few weeks now.The jacket has kept me dry and warm despite the rain's best attempts at getting me wet. The high Vis part of the jacket is a great addition. The two chest pockets have big overflaps so water can't get in. I've ntoiced that I don't have to wear a jumper as the warmth element of this jacket is very good. The only draw back I have found is that the elastic cuffs are quite rough on my wrist, but in fairness its a small complaint. The preformance of the jacket far outweighs the price.
