100% what I needed. Had back surgery and the fabric/felt backing is just enough barrier for the right amount of a cold compress. The elastic Velcro strap was large enough to fit around my 48” stomach. It stays cold for the therapeutic amount of time of 20 minutes and is still frozen. I would definitely recommend this item.

I had some post surgical complications that caused me significant pain and cramping in my legs. My sister turned me on to these ice packs and they were a godsend. The material inside the pads gets cold and stays cold, but doesn't freeze and stays pliable. One side is covered in a soft material and the other side is bare plastic. The shape of the pad and the straps would be ideal for lower back pain. I used the pad to cover my sacral area, downward across my buttock and down my affected leg by laying on it. I put one in the freezer to chill while I use the other. I haven't used one for a heating pad yet, but you can heat them in the microwave if you watch how long you heat it and don't overheat it. I found these to be extremely helpful and recommend them for use.

Leaked after only 60 days. It was fantastic while it worked. Love the adjustable velcro straps. Just wish it was still intact.

The best ice packs for any abdominal surgery. I was the care giver to two family members who had abdominal surgeries. 1- Hysterectomy 2- Double hernia surgery Both patients appreciated these packs so much. Honestly I wished I Ordered 2 sets. We also used harder packs that we already had.

Comfortable application and straps help to herp it where it's needed. Also the strap helps to place it behind the back and then lean against a chair to hold it in place.

While I have been using this style Fomi Ice Pack for a few years now, I can say with certainty that this product holds up very well to constant freezing and thawing, transport , and daily handling. No cracks and no leaks after 3 years of regular use. I am now going for shoulder surgery and have ordered several more for use during recovery. I highly recommend this brand. NOTE: one pack arrived damaged, and the company was great about replacing it.

conforms easily to body shape, lasts quite a while, definitely reusable. Easy to use. Strong velcro, stays closed and strap does not bunch up.

I just broke my ribs and the fact that this came with not one but two has been a bone saver lol . Once one is warm I grab the other from the freezer .it's been helping with me healing . I still have a long road ahead of me but this came quick and does what it's intended to do

They stay in place but they’re not very cold and not cold for long. I’ve been using my strapless one again and using this to hold it in place. If i hadn’t thrown out the packaging I’d return them.
