This arrived quickly and is packaged very well. The design is pleasing and the quality of the cream is great. It holds very well and I don’t ever need to reapply during the day which is nice. Love that it isn’t greasy like other ones and it smells nice.

This is a great alternative to other major players like Uppercut Matte Pomade. I have thick medium to long hair and it holds perfectly if applied in the correct manner.Step 1: make sure you have damp hair. This is a must!Step 2: comb your hair all back with a fine toothed comb to expose an even amount of hair strandsStep 3: take a fingers worth it Layrite and rub it into your handsStep 4: evenly apply the cream through your hair so that there is good coverage across the entire head.Step 5: re do step 3 and 4 one or two times depending on how thick your hair isComb into style and find your parting or just sweep back with a proper pomade comb if you want a swept back look.Let it dry... Takes about an hour to dry usually.Re-wet during the day if anything comes out if place to re style.Enjoy!This product lasts me about a month.

does the job and keeps hair from flying away. good for fine hair as makes it look thicker following day just shower with water and then apply small amount, hair looks thicker which is good.

This is a fantastic product, and believe me I have tried almost every product on the market. I have hair roughly 3 inches long on top and like to have it swept back. Works really well on blowdried hair and provides a strong hold, but not so strong that you couldn't rework it or brush it in to position. Best of all is the smell of the product which is a soft vanilla scent, and it stays with you until you wash your hair, and this isn't one of those products that is hard to wash out. Genuinely really glad I bought this product as its the best I have ever used, and would completely recommend.

Decent product but the hold could be better.

So, if you have mid-long hair like me, this pot might last a month - 6 weeks depending on us. So, I would say a little pricey compared to some of its competitors, however, I have tried many of the competitors and this is worth the extra.1) It holds well, really well. I have thin blonde hair which left to its devices will turn to a bowl mop with no care. This product helps me to style (easily) and ensuring better hold by using more WITHOUT turning into a greasy or uncontrollable mess. That is the difference here...if you need more hold just use more product and your hair will not suffer.2) Other products I have used - Dax purple (good) blue (ok) Black and white pomade (ok but weak) B&W wax (too greasy) Fudge matte hed gas (instant results but fades after hours). I can confirm this Layrite is far better than these other products (and more).3) I use a small dose of strong hairspray to keep hold & from 7am-7pm the hold remains. It is remarkable.4) Smell is pleasant - on the sweeter side without going too far.

Excellent product. Lightweight on the hair and keeps it in shape without making it stiff like clay or gel. Ideal if you want hold while still being able to run your fingers through your hair.

Great hold for my light wavy hair.I use it when I want a natural slicked back look, like slicked but not grassy or hardly slicked. It’s easy to get off from hair. Doesn’t cause buildup. Though be careful using it on thin areas as it could be harsh on them.And the smell is amazing!

Quite the rip-off. This product is positioned as a value alternative to a more expensive (26 €) version. The expensive version is three times bigger (normal size) however.

Difficult to find in physical stores, great quality.
