I bought the Once for All Fresh Meat Slicer to make my weekly meal prep easier, and it has exceeded expectations. The build quality feels sturdy, and it slices meat evenly with very little effort. I’ve used it on chicken breasts, beef, and even partially frozen pork, and it works like a charm every time. The slicer is compact enough to fit in my kitchen without taking up much counter space, yet powerful enough to handle larger cuts of meat. Cleanup is also surprisingly easy—just a quick rinse and wipe down. If you enjoy hot pot, stir-fry, or just want thin, uniform slices of meat for recipes, this tool is a total game-changer. Highly recommend for anyone looking to save time and get restaurant-quality cuts at home.

I love it, easy to use, the result is perfect.

Works well. The meat holder part was a little smaller than I thought it would be. It took a bit to get the cutter started, but once it did, it sliced it nicely, and that was using both cutters for 1/8” slices. After getting the hang of it, the next two pieces started and cut easily. Just don’t make the mistake I did and try to hold the base. Had my thumb in the way and luckily was just starting the cut, so wasn’t pushing too hard. The blades are sharp.

Made great cuts for adult lunchable.

I've only used this once since receiving and it cut the sirloin like soft butter. I didn't even realize I'd gone all the way thru the meat — it was so smooth and fast! Slices were perfectly even and completed so much quicker than slicing with a knife. I took the warnings about cutting hands vs. meat very seriously and was extremely careful using it, thinking before touching every time I moved my hands. I can now fully appreciate how easy it would be to harm more than a steak. Thank you to all those reviewers!!

In general it does the work. It could cut meat into relatively thin sizes. Okay for stir fry or something, but for hot pot or shabu shabu if I’d say I would like it a bit thinner than that. Also the piece is quite small for hot pot and shabu shabu. I think it works best for relatively tender meat, like fish or beef sirloin. If the meat has any other texture inside like beef chunk, it will be a hard time cutting it thru. With a cut resistant gloves and enough patient, it will get the result in pic. But given the effort, unless you are prepping a lot it is not that convenient. Also each portion is quite small. You will need to cut it into the shape that this tool likes. It tends to smash the edge of the slices, I’ll not call that a big deal. Cleaning is easy. I like the design where the holder of blades allow you to let it dry within. I’ll call it is a space saver comparing with other meat slicers if you don’t care about the piece size. I think it worth the money for what it provides.

When I used this slicer for the first time, I was blown away by how well it worked. It was amazing! I took it apart and put it in the top rack of the dishwasher as specified. Unfortunately, the heat from the dishwasher warped the tines (slicing guides). The blades no longer align with the guides, so the slicer is no longer usable. Just a $30 paperweight at this point. I contacted Product Support and waited 4 business days, with no response. Amazon just followed up today to see if I was satisfied with the seller's response, but since I received no response, I couldn't answer. The product worked well the one time I used it, but if you purchase one, I would definitely recommend handwashing over dishwashing. Hopefully yours will last longer than mine did. Overall, very dissatisfied with the durability of the product, but more disappointed by their customer service.

I love this meat slicer. It made making broccoli and beef so easy. I love that. I didn’t have to slice it with a knife. The only thing is you have to be very careful while using it because you will get cut if you’re not using it properly I will definitely recommend this item because it was very easy to use very durable very sturdy and it was worth every penny.

Lo consiglio, per bloccarlo è necessario che ci sia una superficie tipo acciaio, non è stato possibile bloccarlo sul tavolo di legno. Ma fa benissimo il suo lavoro per affettare la carne, i coltelli sono ottimi.
