Magnetization not compatible-but thanks seller for the follow-up messages.
Magnetization was not compatible with my device so I threw it away. (first review post) [[[ 06/04/2025]]] (Follow-Up Post) After getting a message from the seller, I felt they genuinely cared about my experience so I came back to give them a 5 star on their feedback. They left me with this information that might help others avoid the same situation I delt with. There was more to the message that gave me different solutions but this is what is more relevant. "Hello, Thank you for reply. First, If your magnetic are reversed and it doesn't stay connected, it mean your devices charging port there are "+"and "-", you need a charging cable with Double polarity N&S magnetic cable. Please can search a keyword " double polarity magnetic charger" at amazon. (This is an single polarity at my store.) Second, If not a problem of magnets reversed, maybe it's the wrong distance. If your distance is 5mm or 7mm as the attachment , I can create a shipping with another one for you...."

Unreliable Charging Cable
Magnetic connection is weak, charges intermittently. Polarity options don’t help; poor quality for daily use.

Magnets need to be switched
I realize that the device in the magnets were one of them was going the wrong way so I actually cut it open and switched around the positive and negative on one of the posts and it works fine now

Bipolar, not single pole magnets.
Seems perfectly functional for what it is, but it was NOT labeled as bipolar - one contact is magnetic +, one contact is magnetic -. Will repel from many charge connections. Had to return for that reason.
