Desmond Huntington #0 Cutter Wheel - 10-Pack

Received a Desmond box with the wheels and washers neatly twist-tied into 10 complete sets.Perfect fit for my 20 year old Desmond #0.

With 10 of these sets, I'll not be needing anymore for a long time. The original set lasted 3 years as we're not heavy grinder users.

They work well. At the rate the first set is wearing, there's enough in the package to last me the rest of my life.

Finding these for sale, from the same company that made the stone dresser that my grandfather used decades ago, was awesome. I've since used these extensively on a pair of 10x2" bench grinder wheels in 60 and 100 grits. They give my stones an even dressing quickly, without much wear at all to the cutter wheels. I will say that if there isn't enough pressure applied, they'll "wear" like crazy, but with a bit of pressure they dress like dream with almost zero sparks.

Go with these replacement wheels. This is the best deal around. I'm a granite fabricator, and this is the best brand, at this price yes it is hard to believe but these are the replacement wheels for Huntington dessmond dressing tools. To buy 1 set here in San Antonio, it cost $ 20.00, for one set. So take advantage of the price and buy them. They might not always be this cheep.

Bought these. It is 10 sets of replacement dressing wheels. A great deal on a lifetime supply. Inner hole is 1/4" and fit my tool perfectly.

This is the way to buy these things- way less expensive than one set at a time. OEM. Works fine, as expected.

I suspect that these are just low carbon steel, and they just grind up pretty quickly. That being said, they will true up a lumpy grinder wheel, and they will leave you with a clean abrasive surface.I always turn them just a bit out of parallel to the spinning wheel, so as to maximize the amount of stone that gets removed. If there is a better method, I haven't learned it.
