Work well, for my needs(camping, bicycling with the kids) . I can’t attest to the range of the walkie-talkies, but they are very user friendly and easy to use. Good quality and respected manufacturer, Baofeng does the job!

Could not have gotten anything better for the price.I needed something cheap and this many of them for a summer camp. The coordinators were so happy with them it was revolutionary to have communication, worked an incredible distance up a mountain through trees as well. Would recommend.

These are awesome for our family! We live on a family compound and everyone has one so we can make announcements or check in in case of an emergency and just gives us peace of mind. The sound comes in loud and clear and we dont pick up any interference. When they are fully charged they still last for hours at a time.

Great addition to our multimedia team. We work in a big camp site and this has solve the issues about camera placing and order in our team. We use it a lot, has great range, there are a few settings in regards to volume and as long as you don't put the microphone extremely close to your mouth the noise levels are great. The product serve its purpose, we are able to communicate even if we area in different rooms or areas of the camp site. They seem to withstand a lot in regards to durability but the head set included is very delicate, we've had a couple of them that tore on the first use, but thankfully we had more. So be careful with the headsets.

We used these on the cruise ship. They were very great and in long distance, we could hear each other throughout the boat without any problems. Everyone asked what type they were and they want to purchase due to seeing that ours worked better than everyone’s on the boat.

888 are good radios, almost useless without the 8$ programing cable. get one cable and use the Chirp software to set them up. upgrade to gmrs nagoya antenna if you on edge of range.

Does not work consistently and only for very short distances like one drive way to the next in city homes that are closer together. Picks up a lot of strangers conversations and random static even if it won’t communicate within the conversation you’re trying to have that’s closer in distance.
