ZUGU Case for iPad Pro 13 inch (M4/M5) 2024/2025 [Slate Blue]

I recently purchased the Zugu Case for the iPad Pro 13 (M4/M5) and it's been an outstanding addition to my device. The case is impressively durable, offering top-tier drop protection with a secure grip that prevents any slips. I totally love these case. Its nicely manufactured and feels good to use. This is the third one I have purchased, including one for an older iPad Pro M1, and one bought as a gift. The iPad fit is rather tight when you first get it. With the first case I bought some years back, I was concerned I had ordered the wrong size, but it turned out it was fine. So worry not, this case accommodates the iPad perfectly. It takes some work the first time, but then after only a few times, taking the iPad out and later putting it back in the case gets easier and is plenty doable. But it will not get loose. I still wouldn't want to be trying to get it out all the time to use my iPad with an Apple magic keyboard so I decided since my use is mostly painting and not so much typing, I decided to get an inexpensive separate small folding keyboard that does 3 devises. This case is perfect for drawing and painting. Of course I need the portability, protection, and the way it puts the iPad out in front. But also, the pencil holder is perfect. In fact, I think it's really a main real selling point for me and why I decided to get this case for the new iPad, rather than an all-in-one keyboard case I was considering where the pencil holder looked more clunky. With the Zugu case, the pencil case is gorgeously designed into it. I find I can effortlessly grab the pencil to use while painting, but there's zero concern about loosing the pencil when returned to the holder for charging. My M4 iPad Pro does a whole lot better job of magnetizing the Apple Pro Pencil than my M1 iPad Pro did with an earlier incarnation of the Apple pencil - but after many room searches for that old pencil, which seemed to have little affinity for it's iPad magnet, I'm rather sensitive to that situation. No worries with this case.

I looked for cases longer than I should have, since I didn’t want to spend $80 on an iPad case. I ended up getting the Zugu case because my son has one too, and I really liked the overall appearance. The design and attention to detail are undeniable, though it comes at a steep price point. Pros: Build Quality: Exceptional fit and finish. The top frame secures nicely around the iPad border without adding unnecessary bulk. Magnet Strength: The magnets are very strong—easily the most reliable closure and stand alignment of any case I've used. Design: Clean aesthetic with a unique color scheme that doesn't feel generic. Cons: Price: At 2x to 3x the cost of competing cases, it’s a significant investment. Surface Materials: Because the cover folds back and the soft interior lining rests directly on the table, it picks up dirt easily. You have to be mindful of wiping down surfaces before setting it down so you don't transfer grit back onto the screen. Durability Note: The outer leather-like texture can be prone to scuffs and scratches over time if tossed into a bag with other gear. Bottom Line: If you want a slim, premium case with top-tier magnets and don't mind paying the price premium (or wiping down tables before setting it down), it’s hard to beat.

I've used these cases for over 10 years on various iPads. Quite simply the best construction and overall fit and wear. I've tried others and they just don't measure up overall. I travel a lot and this case provided excellent protection. I use my iPad mainly in landscape mode. For that this case is perfect. Not so if you use portrait mode. For portrait mode you will need a stand of some type. Some folks have complained about the Apple pencil not staying secured in the top holder for charging. I have not had any issues with it falling off/out. Magnets are strong and keep my iPad positioned perfectly on the table or on my lap. Zugu keeps getting my business because the build outstanding cases which last.

This is an amazing case with excellent quality. I was very impressed by both the look and feel; it feels durable and well-made while maintaining a sleek appearance. I also love that it has two storage spaces for the Apple Pencil, which is a very convenient feature. The only downside is that it adds some weight to the device. Since the device itself is so lightweight, the case makes it feel noticeably heavier. However, the added protection and functionality make it well worth it.

I bought a new 13 inch M5 iPad Pro and needed a good case for it. I kept seeing Zugu advertising all over social media and looked them up on Amazon. They had good reviews, but I was hesitant because of the case price. I don't typically buy cheap cases for my iPad as it's an expensive piece of kit, but I'm not willing to pay too much either. I want good protection and ease of use. I found the Zugu on sale for Black Friday which brought it down to a painful, but tolerable price, so I took the leap. The case is very nice and very well built. It has fancy packaging which I guess you expect for this price level. The iPad fit great in the case and I was confident it could handle most accidental drops without damaging the iPad. The cover was nice and had ridges built into it. On the back, there is a magnetic kickstand that can be pulled out and locks into the cover grooves to provide a half dozen or so stand positions. It worked really well and the magnets were very strong. On the back there was also a handy sleeve for your apple pencil and a pencil holder on the side which allows for charging of the pencil. Nice features, nice protection. I see why Zugu has a good reputation. Yet I ended up returning it. Why? A couple of reasons. First, the case is VERY heavy. Like I said, it's well built and very protective. With this, it becomes very heavy though. Much heavier than any other case I've used. The weight was very noticeable. Secondly, in the side docking position, my pencil kept falling out all the time. The mesh pouch on the back worked great for the pencil, but didn't charge it, so I used the side mount most of the time. The pencil just wouldn't stay in consistently and I was afraid I would lose it. Then there was the price. I got it on sale, but the $90 regular price is insane. You can get similar cases for nearly half the price.

Love Love Love this case! The fact that I can adjust the stance of my tablet with the magnetic notches makes this one of the most versatile cases I have ever used. It has a holder for my Apple Pencil, which is lovely as the pencil will sometimes pop-off the magnetic part of the tablet. It's slim design doesn't add any weight to the table, allows it to fit in every backpack/bag that I've put it in, and its black color and sleek design keeps my tablet looking professional when I'm using it with clients. I have had no tearing or scratches and I use my tablet everyday. Good job Zugu!

I bought the ZUGU Case for my iPad Pro 13-inch and it really exceeded my expectations. The quality of the materials feels premium and the fit is perfect. I love that it has several angles to support the iPad, which makes it very comfortable to work, watch videos and draw. The protection is also excellent, the iPad is very safe without feeling too heavy. Another point that I really liked is the elegant and professional design. I definitely recommend it if you are looking for a resistant, functional and high quality case for your iPad Pro 13.

Initially, I felt the product was slightly expensive compared to other iPad cases, but after receiving it and examining the build quality, I can confidently say it is worth the investment, especially if you want proper protection for such a premium device. Me encantó, buen material, es robusta de calidad protege el iPad totalmente te ofrece seguridad se siente pesada está llena de imanes me imagino que por eso pesará un poco. Me pedi este color que se ve más femenino🌸 Vale la pena el dinero. Leí reseñas que alguien no le fue bien de seguro fue algo de fábrica porque son excelentes fundas me ha ido genial ahora siento mayor protección lo que más me gusta tiene certificación militar contra caída y eso me gustó en no invertir algo barato porque este aparato es un dinero. Así que recomendada! Le sirvió a mi IPad 13 pro M5 la compré de M4 pero le sirve a ambas. Otra cosa queda súper bien con el Pencil.

Just buy it. It's amazing. I tried a few ones, and this one is sooooo comfortable. I even have a specialized iPad sketching board, and a lot of times I end up using this one. It will protect your iPad and the pencil from flying off. I will buy this again, but this thing is sturdy, so I don't think I'll need to.

I’m extremely satisfied with this ZUGU case. The build quality is excellent — very sturdy, premium feel, and it offers great protection without adding unnecessary bulk. The magnetic stand is strong and stable, with multiple angles that are perfect for work, drawing, or watching videos.
