no offensive chemical smell, light to apply, holds up well after several hours.
the mousse holds the hair well for several hours, it's easy to wash hands after use, no slippery feel. The smell is also very pleasant. I am very pleased with this brand, 1st time I've tried this, and will buy these items again, and also recommend to my friends. Great value for money.
