RPMs not constant/consistent
Functions erratically. Sometimes runs at full RPM, other times about ½ to ¾ speed. Happen more frequently if larger diameter jars are presented. Usually runs at full RPM if mixing something like a 17ml Vallejo bottle but not always. Not enough torque for off center loads? Enamel and lacquer paints too dense? Disappointed as it has mostly glowing reviews. Bad unit?UPDATE: Exchanged for another unit, this one works much better. Holds constant rpm if the bottle/jar is centered on the silicon pad divot. In addition to flawlessly handling the 17ml acrylics, this one is working well with older Model Masters enamel and Tamiya bottles. Appears the very center is the sweet spot for higher viscosity materials. Guess a small motor can only have so much torque.Company went out of its way to contact me offering assistance to exchange/remedy the mal performing shaker. Kudo’s to them for the top notch support----something very hard to find anymore.I’d upgrade the rating to a five star; not only on performance but on the after sale support. Good job.

Works great! Make sure you use the adapter, as it’s specific to the unit. I thought it wasnt working anymore when I plugged it into other chargers, but once I found the one it came with it worked like a charm.Their customer service is top notch too.

Brought my old polish back!!!!
The media could not be loaded. This machine is the shaker BOSS!!!!! I bought this for this reason and it way surpassed my expectation!! My polish came back SMOOTH as butter! I am so glad I purchased this!
